Leadership & Learning programs

What are Executive Learning Sets
HG Learning Sets are a dynamic approach to professional development that goes beyond traditional training.
They are carefully curated groups of peers who meet to share experiences, tackle challenges, and learn from each other in a confidential and high-trust environment.
Unlike a typical program, the focus is on interpersonal learning and collective wisdom. This method not only helps you solve immediate problems but also builds a strong, supportive network and a lasting sounding board for your career.
HG has been refining and delivering this powerful methodology for over 35 years, giving us unparalleled expertise in creating an impactful and transformative learning experience.
