HG welcomes Shelly Park and Dr Kevin Snee

We are delighted to announce the addition of two accomplished and influential leaders in the Australian and New Zealand public healthcare systems as the newest facilitator for HG’s signature program, Executive Learning Sets.

Shelly is an experienced Executive Coach and Mentor, who brings over three decades of leadership experience from her roles as Board Director, Chief Executive and Executive. She has a proven track record of building and nurturing executive teams, people leadership and delivering strong business outcomes in the public and private sectors. She has extensive experience on high performing Boards and brings a broad strategic lens in focusing on real world commercial outcomes. Her strength in assessment and understanding of systemic issues is complemented by deep experience in leading and governing turnaround strategies and transformations in large and complex organisations.

Dr Kevin Snee has an extensive leadership and governance career spanning over three decades in the UK and New Zealand. He is a public health physician and Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors.

He is distinguished by his proven ability to lead organisations through complex transitions, including clinical and financial turnarounds. Kevin’s experience includes strategic governance and transition roles, such as the reform of New Zealand’s district health board system.
