Helen brings a wealth of experience across government, healthcare providers, and professional services throughout Australia. Her career has focused on empowering organisations by embedding strong systems in governance, risk management, and strategy.
Previously, Helen was General Manager, Sector Capability at the Victorian Healthcare Association, where she successfully led initiatives to enhance leadership and governance frameworks. She has also held senior roles at KPMG and Safer Care Victoria, delivering significant improvements in clinical and corporate governance, risk management, and operational efficiency.
Helen holds an Executive Master of Public Administration and is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Management.

Victoria Leov

HG is thrilled to announce Victoria Leov’s appointment to the position of Chief Operating Officer at Central Queensland Hospital & Health Service.
Victoria brings over 10 years of management and leadership experience to CQHHS, predominantly in community and primary health organisations in New Zealand. Prior to taking on this role, she was most recently the Hospital and Specialty Services Integration Lead for Te Whatu Ora Waitaha Canterbury.
Victoria’s strength in strategic planning and management has been key to improving outcomes within the organisations she has worked with.
Victoria holds a Master of Nursing and a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Sciences.

Richard Goldman

HG is excited to announce Richard Goldman recent appointment to the position of Chief Financial Officer for Australian College of Nursing.
Richard Goldman is a highly experienced leader spanning across various sectors including not-for-profit, healthcare, membership organisations and education.
Richard has most recently served as a Chief Financial Officer for the Australian Kookaburra Kids Foundations (AKKF), where he oversaw financial operations for the national charity and providing community services to young people impacted by families with mental illnesses. Richard implemented robust governance frameworks, including risk management and compliance strategies, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
