Previously, Helen was General Manager, Sector Capability at the Victorian Healthcare Association, where she successfully led initiatives to enhance leadership and governance frameworks. She has also held senior roles at KPMG and Safer Care Victoria, delivering significant improvements in clinical and corporate governance, risk management, and operational efficiency.

Victoria brings over 10 years of management and leadership experience to CQHHS, predominantly in community and primary health organisations in New Zealand. Prior to taking on this role, she was most recently the Hospital and Specialty Services Integration Lead for Te Whatu Ora Waitaha Canterbury.
Victoria’s strength in strategic planning and management has been key to improving outcomes within the organisations she has worked with.

Richard has most recently served as a Chief Financial Officer for the Australian Kookaburra Kids Foundations (AKKF), where he oversaw financial operations for the national charity and providing community services to young people impacted by families with mental illnesses.
