Jane is an experienced leader who has worked across the not-for-profit, public and private sectors. In her last role as CEO of Careerforce, she steered the organisation through a difficult transition brought about by the changes in the tertiary education sector. With experience spanning across finance, operations and human resources, both strategic and operational leadership and delivery, Jane brings a proven ability to lead organisations to achieve operational excellence. She is a strategic thinker, brings a strong relational leadership approach and has a proven ability to navigate change to deliver positive impact.
Jane holds a Bachelor of Business Studies and a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Accounting. She is a Chartered Accountant and a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Jane is also a registered mentor with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Brad Astill is an experienced healthcare executive with over 40 years’ experience in the NSW Public Health system.
Previously the Chief Executive of Far West Local Health District, Brad was responsible for leading the management and performance of a health district that serves a vast, geographically dispersed population. Brad has also held senior management roles across several Local Health Districts and at the NSW Ministry of Health, where he served as Executive Director of the System Performance Support Branch.

Edmondo Palombo

HG is extremely pleased to announce the appointment of Edmondo Palombo to the position of Nursing Services Director, Haematology and Oncology for Women’s and Children’s Health Network.
Edmondo has over 30 years in the healthcare sector and more than 14 years in executive roles, Edmondo has a diverse background in both public and private settings.
He has served as Director of Nursing, Acting CEO, and Executive Leader at Country Health SA, with expertise in clinical management, particularly in oncology and haematology.
Edmondo holds a Master’s in Nursing Science, specialising in oncology research and health management, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Oncology and Haematology. His formal education also includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Rehabilitation and a Bachelor of Nursing Science.
