With a diverse background spanning both public and private health services, Coie has demonstrated expertise in enhancing governance frameworks, managing healthcare projects, and fostering innovation to improve patient care and organisational outcomes.
Coie holds a Bachelor of Nursing, a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), with a Master of Nursing (Leadership & Management) underway. Her career highlights include leading clinical governance redesigns, spearheading operational efficiency initiatives, and contributing to quality and safety improvements in complex healthcare settings.

Jai Kaur is a Registered Nurse with over 17 years of diverse experience in nursing leadership, operational management, and clinical governance. She has held senior roles across large, complex healthcare networks, including positions that required oversight of multidisciplinary teams, budget management, and strategic alignment of healthcare programs.
Her work has spanned areas such as neuroscience, rehabilitation, surgical specialties, and broader acute care settings.
