The Executive Director Aged Community Care, reporting to the Chief Executive, is a key role within Silver Chain’s Executive team, ensuring that Silver Chain is positioned nationally as a leading provider of quality aged community and home services and for growth and sustainability in the market. The Executive Director will be responsible for providing strategic advice to the CEO on the culture of aged community care, Government and industry relationships and the industry and public policy settings impacting Aged Community Care. They will also develop and implement strategy for Aged Community Care to meet growth objectives in the competitive national market; as well as shaping the strategic direction of Silver Chain Group and preparing the organisation for the future.
