Integrated Medical Services (IMS) Group was established in 2014 by a group of Specialists with the vision on providing multi-disciplinary clinical services to professionals in the private health industry. Oversighting 60 employees over two facilities with an annual turnover of $10 million, IMS Group provides integrated support and services to over 50 Medical Professionals (both direct and in-direct) and 15,000 patients per annum.
IMS is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to oversee the expansion and growth strategy for the IMS Group. The CEO will be accountable to the Board and responsible for the effective implementation and achievement of strategic, operational, and budget plans; ensuring delivery provides a positive community impact and financial sustainability.
The ideal candidate will be a lateral and creative thinker with excellent communication skills and experience in growing a for-purpose organisation. An experienced CEO or CFO with a proven track record in project management and building operations and building a team culture to underpin growth is sought. Critical to this leadership role will be the effective management of stakeholders including the hospital community, patients, doctors, staff, support networks, referrers, the local community, business, government, and influencer groups.
Best practice, strategic operational management combined with a strong commercial ability and decisions are required to meet aspirational financial targets.
To achieve in the role, you must be an experienced leader who can create and enhance a strong team culture, create role clarity and accountability for the team, but nurture the autonomy to foster innovation.
