Joining the dedicated team of professionals at the Women's & Children's Health Network, you will be responsible for leading proactive strategies and interventions that drive continuous improvement to performance and culture. This will in turn assure the alignment of people strategy, performance and practice with the wider Health Network ambitions. Leading the HR Operations & Performance team to deliver best practice HR advice and business partnering to Executives and Divisional leaders, you will be a key member and influencer of the leadership and senior managers of the Network. To be successful in this influential role, you will have a proven track record of providing leadership, direction and expert advice to senior management and executive levels on a wide range of strategic Human Resource Management matters that demonstrate a positive impact to organisational outcomes. This will encompass formulating, developing, implementing and evaluating evidenced-based contemporary Human Resource plans, policies, projects and strategies. Confident in undertaking investigations and research into complex matters, you will be skilled in the preparation of recommendations, report and submissions. Your commitment to promoting, fostering and maintaining positive and beneficial networks, relationships, establishing credibility with clients and stakeholders, within the public and private sectors will hold you in good stead for this role.
