THE OPPORTUNITY
Western Hospital is a private acute care surgical and medical hospital located at Henley Beach and is fully accredited by the Australian Council of Healthcare Standards. Western Hospital are now seeking a Commercial Director / Chief Finance Officer to work with the CEO and senior leadership team to build excellence in the delivery of commercial systems and financial management.
Since it’s official opening in 1974, Western Hospital has had a long and successful history of providing surgical and medical acute care services to the residents of the western suburbs. With a change in ownership the vision and mission focused on the provision of the highest quality of care remains and the Commercial Director / CFO will be a significant contributor to the achievement of this.

The successful applicant will ideally have an understanding of corporate and financial systems and management in a health care environment. An understanding of, and experience in, the management of private health facilities would also be beneficial.
