THE ROLE

As an experienced clinical (nursing) professional, the Director of Clinical Services at the Friendly Society Private Hospital will play a crucial role in driving clinical excellence and innovation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll lead a dynamic team of Clinical Managers, collaborating closely with the Director of Medical Services to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with national standards.

You’ll oversee all clinical operations, focusing on improving clinical quality, patient flow, workforce development, and service delivery.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:

• Leadership and Change Management expertise
• Expert understanding of clinical governance and regulatory requirements
• Track record in strategic workforce planning and development
• Expertise in financial resource management in a private healthcare setting
