GROWTH AND DIVERSIFICATION
In Australia we have concentrated on diversifying our portfolio in health and human services, including public and private health, disability, aged care, mental health, community health and primary care. We are delighted with our progress to date and work at a federal, state and territory level.
In New Zealand we have been diversifying our portfolio across the broader public service, including environmental protection, taxation, treasury, education, women affairs, internal affairs, ethnic communities, welfare, child protection, injury and accident compensation.

Based on our success in New Zealand we are now turning our attention to growing our public sector search profile in Australia. While early days we are encouraged by the material searches we have secured to date in environmental protection, parliamentary services and child protection. Because of that we now want to invest more in our future.

PUBLIC SECTOR SEARCH LEAD AUSTRALIA
Reporting to our Chief Executive and working in close partnership with our Executive Director Search & Recruitment Health & Human Services, we have created a new role and are looking to appoint a public sector search lead in Australia.
To be considered for the role you will be able to evidence your credible, current and extensive public sector networks in Australia and 5 – 10 years’ experience in public sector executive search and recruitment.
You will also be accomplished in account management and business development and be able to provide us with confidence in your ability to leverage off our success in New Zealand and champion our public sector growth strategy in Australia.
