HardyGroup is delighted to be partnering with Te Hiringa Mahara | Mental Health & Wellbeing Commission NZ to recruit their Kaiwhakahaere Hauora Hinengaro, Waranga |Director Mental Health & Addiction Sector Leadership.
Te Hiringa Mahara, formally known as the Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission, is an independent Crown entity with the objective to contribute to better and equitable mental health and wellbeing outcomes for people in Aotearoa New Zealand. The Commission is a system leader, monitor and advocate. Now is seeking the Director, Mental Health & Addiction Sector Leadership responsible for leading the monitoring, provision of advice, and promotion of improved mental health and addiction services. The development and implementation of the He Ara Āwhina Mental Health and Addiction Service Monitoring Framework provide a foundation for this work. The Director also manages relationships across the mental health and addictions sector at all levels, including interactions with Kaupapa Māori providers, NGOs, lived experience organisations, senior Ministry officials, and health sector leaders.
